In this workshop, we will explore the Chakra System, comprising the seven primary Chakras of the subtle body. These vortex-like centers correlate with seven archetypal states of consciousness, which, when taken together, form a map for transformation, manifestation, and wholeness.
The workshop is built around a 90-minute practice designed to experientially introduce students to the Chakra System. The practice will combine Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Mantra Japa, and guided meditation during extended Śavasana—all set against a carefully curated field of sound meant to deepen our connection to the subtle body by way of resonant frequencies. We’ll begin with a brief overview of some relevant concepts within yogic and tantric philosophy and conclude with time for reflections and questions. Join Allie, as we work in community, to connect to the innate intelligence that exists already—here, now—in each of us.

Ready to amplify your practice or just your life and build lasting strength? In this progressive 6-week series, you’ll learn how to safely integrate strength training into your yoga routine. Each session will focus on foundational weight-lifting techniques, gradually increasing load to help you build muscle, improve mobility, and enhance your overall stability. We’ll blend mindful movement from yoga with targeted strength and mobility exercises, ensuring safe alignment and injury prevention. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or brand new to lifting, this supportive program will empower you to move with confidence—on and off the mat. In this class you will use heavier weights, therabands, blocks, and chairs.
NOTE: All Levels Welcome: No prior strength training experience is necessary. The series will progress at a manageable pace for everyone.
