PPY Yoga Teacher
As an athlete all her life Pam has always enjoyed some form of health and wellness. Beginning with classic ballet, tap and jazz she was always active in her younger life. This continued throughout the years and within the past 7 years has become a yoga addict attending classes at PPY. Curious to learn more about the practice, philosophy and wellness of yoga Pam joined the teacher training class of 2018 – 2019 here at PPY, graduating in May of 2019. As she continued her practice and got the opportunity to join the next class of teacher training to continue to learn and evolve her knowledge of yoga the itch to teach came on stronger. Pam is trained in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga and her classes are developed for the mind, body and spirit. Creating strong sequences with energizing flows combined with calm meditation Pam takes her students through a journey in each class she teaches. Pam is thrilled with the opportunity to pass on all that she has and continues to learn to the greater community. She plans to continue training allowing her to advance her knowledge and skills and provide more in-depth discovery to her students
