Caroline is a yoga and movement practitioner and teacher. She began studying yoga after her first child was born in 2002, and was certified in a 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga training in 2011 and 500 hours of Hatha Yoga in 2014 with Theresa Murphy which she repeated the following year to dive deeper. Over the years has continued to learn and re-learn about strength training, mobility, pain science, biomechanics, and somatic movement. She has partnered in yoga training through the studio and occasionally teaches specialty workshops.

Caroline is a creative thinker in the yoga and movement community and is known for her dynamic way of blending strength and functional movement and asana.

Her classes are progressive, folks who have been attending for a few weeks will begin to see common themes and building blocks. DEPENDING on the class a variety of props will be used, typically a 10-15lbs weight, a long resistance band, blocks, strap, blanket, dowel, therapy balls, bolster. Caroline is currently being certified to be a personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
