Stability and strength aren't built by rushing.
When you're exploring arm balances and inversions, every part of your upper body - your hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders, and even your neck - needs your dedicated time and attention. This workshop will encourage you to take your time exploring this chain of connection. You will prepare for practice with a conscious warm-up for the hands and wrists while navigating their connection to the shoulders and finding support in the breath.
This workshop is for practitioners of all levels. We'll break down poses like crow, side crow, forearm stand, and handstand while focusing on building technique and confidence.
