We’re teaming up with Apponaug Brewing Company in Warwick for a fun and energizing Summer Series of four outdoor pop-up classes! Join us on the patio for a morning of movement followed by a well-earned drink 🍺 — because summer is all about balance.
CLASS INFORMATION
WHERE: All classes will be held at Apponaug Brewing Company, 334 Knight Street, Warwick, RI.
WHEN: All classes are on Sundays at 10:45 AM – 11:45 AM.
COST: $35 per class — includes one drink ticket 🎟️
BRING: Your mat and a friend! Stick around when the brewery opens at Noon for great food, vibes, and community!
