Natalie Darmohraj RYT-500
Natalie originally came to yoga as a complement to cycling and distance running, and soon found a home in the studio. Yoga has helped find balance and harmony with the other aspects of her life. With a background in textile design, Natalie works in the outdoor industry in sales and marketing of technical apparel and footwear, while also doing some design work in knitwear. Having always enjoyed the meditative aspects of endurance sports, Natalie took to yoga quickly and passionately. Natalie completed her 200-hour training in power vinyasa and 300-hour training in Hatha, and additional training in Yin. Natalie enjoys many styles of yoga and continues to learn through her own practice, workshops, and further training.
