Join Providence Power Yoga on an auspicious journey to Rishikesh, the Yoga and Ayurveda capital of the world. Immerse in the experience of being in India, at the head of Ma Ganga, the holy River Ganges, as She flows from deep in the Himalayas. This India excursion offers a truly remarkable experience into the roots of Indian culture, Yoga and Ayurveda.

The trip starts in Delhi and continues on with a transfer to Rishikesh, located on the banks of the Ganges river. On Days 3-9 you will practice twice per day, once in the morning and once in the evening. Classes will vary between Hatha, Nidra, Power and Restorative. Each day you have the option to participate in an excursion, rafting on the Ganges, swimming in waterfalls, ayurvedic cooking class, massage, sunrise hike in Himalayas and visiting a Himalayan village.
