An excellent way to begin your Yoga practice! This workshop-style class will focus on prop usage, self-care, and studio etiquette. Participants can expect to practice with blocks, straps, and blankets. A comprehensive explanation and modifications for the sun salutations, chaturanga, Warrior 1&2 and other postures commonly taught in a Vinyasa class will be provided. Expect to learn and refine the details for a safe and thorough practice. The class will end with a long and restorative Savasana.
