LOCATION: PPY ANNEX (16 Bassett Street)
A slower, stronger version of our popular Yoga Sculpt class. This class will incorporate weights, resistance bands and some cardio into a vinyasa yoga class. The pace will be slowed down and the weights will be increased. Class is heated and focuses on strength and flexibility. Class ends with a relaxing savasana and a cool lavender towel.
