In this workshop, we will explore understanding how your body moves UPSIDE DOWN! Freestanding inversions (away from the wall) are a lot of fun, but we know they can be intimidating. In this workshop, we intend to help you break past that barrier and into a new aspect of your asana practice. You will learn what it takes to build your inversion practice, where you can go from your traditional headstand or handstand, and how to move in and out of inversions with arm balances and other fun transitions. It is preferred that you have a 30-second handstand hold against the wall to participate in this workshop. Liz and Steve will work with hands on-assists, strength and flexibility drills, and other fun tactics to help free your upside down practice.
