Hand, Wrist and Forearm Workshop

If you get wrist pain in handstands, arm balances, or in your handy work outside of yoga class, this workshop will change your life. We’ll study closely the structure of the hand, wrist and forearm. We’ll play with and apply the basic movements (kinesiology) of these parts and explore how to maximize functionality in asana and in life.

Come, learn how to skillfully bear weight in the hands with no wrist pain.
