    Providence Power Yoga is a fully stocked yoga studio and we LOVE props! We’d like to spread the love! Our intention is for you to be as enthusiastic as we are with your prop usage. You will learn how and when to use blankets, straps, cork and foam blocks, bolsters, chairs and the wall to both support and enhance your yoga asana experience. Spend the afternoon both strengthening and releasing your body. We will explore how the various props can make a posture more accessible, help you gain strength and provide clarity as to the intent of a particular shape. A process of discovery and fun, we will provide a balance of both foundational introduction to prop care and usage with how-to strategies for utilizing a prop to enhance and advance your asana. Expect the full curriculum of yoga poses: standing postures, backbends, inversions, supine poses, prone shapes and restorative work.
