Noelle Curren

Noelle is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher. She came to her practice at 17, teaching herself postures and sequences from a yoga book, quickly developing a very strong, committed home practice. She fell in love with the intensity of holding the physical postures, the creativity of creating her own sequences and the freedom to explore; which eventually led her to teaching. Noelle attended the University of Rhode Island where she studied Kinesiology with a focus in exercise science. In 2013 she completed her Level 1 YogaFit certification and taught yoga at the Anna Fascitelli Fitness and Wellness Center at the University of Rhode Island. She completed her teacher training at Raffa Yoga in December 2015. Noelle brings her playful spirit, humor, and love for yoga to her classes; as well as her strong background in anatomy and understanding of the body in motion. Noelle teaches from an authentic place with the intention of presenting yoga in a way that is accessible for everyone. Classes are mindfully taught to draw attention to alignment and towards cultivating strength. Noelle teaches creative sequences to the backdrop of carefully crafted playlists that compliment the progression of the class and enhance the overall experience.

  • Slow Flow Hatha Vinyasa

  • All Levels Vinyasa
  • Vinyasa is a popular style of yoga that seamlessly links breath with movement. It is often referred to as ‘flow yoga’ or ‘meditation in motion’ because of the smooth way in which the poses transition from one to another, almost like a dance. Heated Power Vinyasa takes the traditional vinyasa series and incorporates a dynamic flow that detoxifies, heals and rejuvenates the body. It is a powerful, and transformational class that cultivates strength, endurance, focus, balance, and flexibility.
    Instruction is based on alignment and breath. The teacher will offer challenges and refinements to more advanced students while providing structure and support for beginners. In a vinyasa class, your breath is synchronized with your movement and you will be cued to move from one pose to another on either an inhale or an exhale. Students have the opportunity to cultivate gratitude and independence in their yoga practice, while learning to integrate these tools into daily life.

  • Yin

  • All Levels Vinyasa

  • Hatha
  • Poses are taught with focused attention on alignment. Props (blocks, blankets, wall, chair, straps) are all utilized heavily to enhance, refine and modify each pose.

  • 2pm Yoga
  • A one-hour straight up Yoga class for those with midday availability!

  • $8 @ 8:00 - All Levels Vinyasa (ANNEX)
  • $8 at 8:00 am! All Levels Vinyasa taught by our PPY Teachers. Some classes might be taught by newer teachers because...we all have to start somewhere and at one point in our lives we were all a beginner at something!
