If you are new to the practice of inversions then this is for you. If you seek a better understanding of what you are currently practicing, then learn from a experienced teacher the foundational ways to properly begin to practice these majestic postures. Juliet will teach you her methods for inversions and in following these methods you will be blessed to someday find your self free of fear and balancing upside down with grace. Safety, confidence, classical yoga philosophy and fun in this workshop!

If you already have an inversion practice and want to spin into new directions then lets try some variations. This class is designed to offer a fuller understanding of maintaining your inversion and how to stay fluid while going into a further expression of the posture. You will learn how to gather strength, play with movement and how to refine your form. There will be time at the beginning and end for discussion. Juliet hopes to help you find this very expressive way of practicing to be not only fancy but soulfully therapeutic.

Roll & Recover will help you erase aches and pains and refresh your body from the inside out. Using The Roll Model® method and a variety of grippy, pliable rubber balls, you will roll away your tension and identify body blind spots: areas that are underused, overused, misused, and confused. Restore your movement patterns to support your body's structure through corrective exercises, breathing techniques, and self-massage. You will leave feeling aligned and well!

This workshop is suitable for all levels. Yoga Tune Up® balls will be provided for use.
